Today, I was doin a outdoor shoot where the receiption there was super bad...Mr Ng manage to reach me and told me he got a call from my SA...told him that "how come so late not confirm the big potrait?" "Why write all the bad things about us? Other customer can see...blablabla"
WHAT!? Why pick-on Mr Ng to 'indirectly complain' his own wife-to-be?!? Sorry people, Mr Ng is one-line with me. After I heard this from him...My fire startup!! Why can't they talk properly?I immediatly walk out of the shooting studio, in the middle of the road i stand (whr the receiption is abit better) i called back.

Big album with 30 over pages - I confirm de! Mini album - I never seen the layout b4 but i give them a Yes to go ahead! Left this big potrait i havn't confirm and they cannot start ANYTHING to process the photos?!?....and tell me their designer is sick lar, mc lar will be late to touchup blablabla.... Excuse me!That is soooo NOT an excuse to client. Wht u expact me to do to solve? do the touchup myself?! Give more time?! ALREADY GIVE more then 5 months time after our PS...
*deep breath *deep breath~ I called back and i remember i sound very angry, i said "i'll come straight tonite after my work is done and confirm with you EVERYTHING! so u all can start working on the album!"

STRAIGHT after my shooting @ SunwayDamansara (so far from town) I SPEED to meet them. RAINING! JAM! I gone through all tht with my heart beating like the thunder storm and falling rain, I rush rush rush...

Reach there around 8.45pm *darn sure they give me face one...I reach thr so late. We went in, my SA was busy with her appointed customer upstairs so she assign a SA called AhYong to serve us...we decide there and then with few admenments.

There were a few customers sitting n waiting to collect their AD stuff. I saw this couple...I think she is a member of MB also...coz i saw her photos somewhere in mywedding.com b4...not sure...but if you see this: Let me know and Happy Wedding~!!*^.^* ur bear-bear front car decor tht JM did for you is VERY PRETTY~~!! *^.^*

Anyway..back to the story...then came this girl...I always like to see her eyeliner *hihihi Pam ^.^
When ever she see Mr Ng, she said he remind her of her korean customer...and today finally she show me his picture....MUAHAHA She's right also...he does look abit like Mr Ng exspecially the smile...Nice talking to you, Pam!

So, finally we decided the potrait! Set the date of album collection, probably around 1st or 2nd Nov08 *^.^* Hope everything will be fine....*praying hard everynite
Oh! We also decide on our Car Decoration~! Light Blue+white Net Ribbons~~ *our color theme! And also my AD wedding flower bouquet too~~! Set set set *^.^*!

Now, just hope they'll do my photo album nicely with nice laminations and finishing. Yosh! Gambatee JM!

We went to our BS for my EG gown fitting. HO-HO-HO...guess wht happend to my gown fitting?
Hum....something out of our expectation or u can say 'DIFFERENT' happend....yesss....VERY DIFFERENT...

As usual, after work I rush down to Pudu to get Chenseng, had our 'short' dinner and head to JM for my EG gown fitting. What I expacted for my EG: Chinese Collar gown - abit eastern feel (konon-nya,ha!) But chinese collar in BLUE?!?....i dun think so...=( Nevermind, few days b4 I went to EG gown fitting, I'd asked some of the 'EXPERTS' in MB: ruby and Lil' angle ^.^!! THANK YOU so much for ur advises and tips on choosing a EG~~!! The words from u gals are very precious to me *^.^* and it brought me a very smooth, worry-less EG fitting..!

Ok..here goes. Once I entered JM, my SA was busy upstrairs, I was wondering 'wht's she doing? must be 'sien to layan' me de. Coz me so picky mar :P' So we went upstrairs....I was so SURPRIZED!! She had already hand-pick selected almost ALL the BLUE Evening Gown and hang nicely in a row for me *^.^*~~!! SO SWEET of her~~!! *gamdong neh

I browse through the BLUEss but dun hav chinese collar =( "Nevermind, you can still go pick wht u like and try...I just pick out so easy for u to see lor!" *thankyou so much, ahYee So, me and chenseng went to the rows of EGsssss and search...search....my SA also help to search. "Chinese collar mostly is red...can try...maybe nice..." So, she suggested 2 red EG for me:

This is the 1st EG I tried: Bright RED Chinese Collar Modified Mermaid Cut ^_^
- It's made out of RED SATIN
- It's collar is very high and foldable *suitable for long neck, broad shoulders bride
- From chest till knee lenght is all gathered satin, so can emphasized on the body curve, and also can hide tummy *suitable for very 'shapy' bride
- I LURRRVV the mermaid's tail *^.^* *it gives the side view of this gown is so 3D!

2nd: Chilli RED TUBE FULL A-LINE GLITTERED gown ^_^
-It's made out of VERY Glittering blinc blinc fabric~ so shinning!
- It has a slightly low waist additional gathered ribbon with 3 blinc diamontes ~so the 'audrey hepburn'!
*suitable for all size brides
- It's full A-line (with no can-can under the skirt) is so comfortable to walk with *especially during 'yam sheng'

Well, well...you must be guessing "Isn't your colour theme = BLUE? Silver?White?....Now, RED!?"
Eh-hum~~ paiseh everyone... I did try on the blue EGsss...the cutting/design/pattern...not up to my liking...and most of all, the shades of blue they have, not very suitable for my skintone =( Abit disappointed BUT not disappointed also coz I GOT A BETTER EG tht 'REVEALS' more of my 'beauty' then other blue EG (eh-hum! abit self-centered..i know...paiseh paiseh) So, my FINAL DECISION went to....*drumroll~~

Kathy's EG:
DEEP RED THAI SILK NARROW A-LINE with 2 piece Dropped Godet ~*^.^*~

- It's made out of Deep Red thai silk *makes my skin looks fairer
- It's cutting is so simple that really brings out my figure
- The shine of the Thai silk looks very classy too!
- The top part of this gown is only support by 3 narrow strape~ sp sexy~~!! with a blincblinc diamonte on each strape

- It's a low-cut at the back~ *phew~ with additional soft transperant long gathered chiffon dropped till the floor!
- There will be more new small blincs add on to the dropped godet *so when I walk table to table, I give the illusion of leaving glittery shines on the floor (like fairy hor~~!)
JM: Please add new blincs for me~! Thanks a thousand lots! I wanna become fairy~~ hahaha
So! I had a fun and satisfying EG fitting and Chenseng also had a relaxing time watching me 'transform'...'tranform'...and 'transform'....from east beauty to west pagent! *muahahaha
NEXT!! I'll be writting some IMPORTANT TIPS on how to choose EG! and MORE MORE drawings of EG that we found and 'explored'!! Be awaiting....*^.^*

We now are very BUSY with alot printing stuff...invatation card, slide presentation, doorgift, animation, car decor, house decor....SO MANY THINGS NEED TO DO! aaahhhhhh....

Called my mom n dad...told them what's the current status on our wedding preparations...hum....Don't Worry, girl...Be Happy *^.^* So, daddy wrote me some 'words of wisdom' (more like words of love...hihihi) for me. Here's a 'Hei':

He wrote some other few words for our wedding invitation cards, wedding potriat and wedding slideshow! Can't wait to see the final artwork with my Daddy's master piece in it!! *happy *happy Hei..!Hei...!! HEI...!!!

Why is this happening!? I've already "give-in" and look at the brighter side on my 2nd demo with JM and already padam-api....Then today in MB, cloud massage me: Kathy! There's someone reply your comment in JM thread..go see! So I went to click... AND THIS IS WHAT I SAW!

"Hi Kathy,I'm also very worry about the album photography designs. So, last week I went to just married and they've showed me a lot designs.
I also asked about yours' designs, they told me that you have draw out by yourselve right? They also told me that you have additional extra printing the photography. You total have 16 stories right? I feel very suppricing because since you said you didn't like the photography then how come you additional extra photography?
I feel that your designs are more like normal fashion magazine designs not like wedding photography designs? Maybe you more prefer the square designs because I saw all your photography in square frame just like "bak, bak ,bak" the photography in your album also! But for me, I more prefer the designer profile because he's designs not only the square designs only. That is what I more prefer!"

What is this girl trying to say?!? First of all, I'm putting this in my blog because I suspect this is not a normal bride-to-be in MB. I checked her profile, she only post in JM thread and no other thread. Even if I'm wrong, I still wanna bring this up coz her words is sensetively treatening! AND insulting! ME and all the people who are HELPING me in my wedding album preparation such as: JM photographer - Alvin, who took very nice ps for me; JM designers - I dunno who do my album but so far, I talked to Storm and find tht he is a tolarate person and lastly, my SA - ahYee, eventhough sometimes, I know she finds me difficult to layan and thoguth her service is not good but still she do her job...AND WHO THE H*LL YOU THINK YOU ARE!!
I discuss with other bride friends and found out ALOT OF SUSPECTS! How come SHE got the privilage to view other's demo!? How come SHE know so many details about me n my SA conversations!? How come SHE sound so jealous because I added more poses to 16 stories?! How come SHE is so protective with the so-called 'designer profile'?! And what is wrong if I add stories?!?! WHAT IS SHE TALKING BOUT!?!
So this is my reply:"Hi FuiFui,In my previous post, I never complain bout the photography, only complain bout the demo. Wht is the 'additional extra printing'? Did you mean add poses? Yes, I like most of the pictures tht PG Alvin took for me...so I add poses But, our 1st demo turn out not really as what I expected...
Regarding the design you saw, I dunno which design they showed you..(1st one or admended one?) But anyhow, I have to admid that our album layout designs are not those 'super beautiful - award-winning' ones...wht i geram and not satisfied is: most of the time, they give excuses and explanations that are not clear and not very reasonable and all these will lead us to the 'anger' point (coz we dunno how things work, we r in the 'blur-zone' and need patience explainations).
Different ppl have their own preferences...infact, I saw my 2nd demo already and they did a nice job. So Fuifui, hav you seen ur demo? When is ur AD? I sincerely hope that you are happy with it. *All brides Rock!*"
So far, SHE didn't reply. But ...

I HOPE THIS IS NOT THE TRUTH!! Why did SHE wanna do that?! INTENTION TO RUIN your customer who are ACTUALLY PAYING YOU?! ANNOY YOUR OWN CUSTOMER?! Spoil or cause DISASTER to your own customer's wedding happiness?! Most of all, DID SHE EVEN KNOW WHT SHE's SAYING?! Becoz of stupid things like this, SHE'll cause trouble to herself and her company!... y?Y?YY?

"Maybe they saw your angry post wanna take revange!" HUH? WHT!?!

Revange on customer's complain!? HELLOooo!! There are SO MANY COMPLAINS out there bout PROBLEM ISSUES in EVERY SINGLE Bridal House's: ABOUT THEIR LOUSY SERVICE, CHEATING AND STAFF'S BAD ATTITUDE....That are x100 times WICKED and CRUISED then my post! Why does SHE just pick on 'the-no-body-know-who-am-i' kathyfoo?! Wht's her problem?

For this moment, I still not sure who is this SHE that talks like this. But me and my bride friends will try to find out. And if...IF..IFFF SHE is what we mention above, we are seriously gonna take some action and I will so...soooo...REALLY LOOK DOWN on this person - insulting me and her own collegues!!
So I added another reply:"Hi Fuifui,Every customer have their own story to tell. I am amazed: how come you are able to know so much details conversation between me and JM staff?
Is your SA Ah Yee also? or you are JM's employee?
I never mention my profession in my blog or even in any of my post ler....strange that u can even bring up the demo tht JM did for us and compare with some 'normal magazine fashion designs'?? You sure u r talking the right person??
I believe every BS has their own designer profile that is good selling point for their client...and Fuifui, is actually good for them to know, you like their designer profile...so you can get your album ontime or even faster :)"
In this reply, I'm still cool with HER and told her that SHE has made a good choice by using the BS's designer profile...BUT I still wanna ask...."MISS AR, what is your problem? Maybe can tell us your stories and all of us brides in MB can help you!"
***Now, I know... out here, other then me, there are MORE ANGRY and WICKED customers that had sign-up to the same bridal house as me. Good luck to you, FuiFui and Good luck to you - JM coz need to handle MORE 'CHALLENGING' customer then me...GOOD LUCK!!***
